1. Who we are

These terms apply to cbjairporttransfer.com, operated by A&M Caribbean Group SRL, Pedernales, Dominican Republic ("we", "us"). We are preparing private ground transport for Cabo Rojo Airport (CBJ), planned to open in February 2027.

2. No confirmed transfer until CBJ is official

Cabo Rojo Airport has not opened. No transfer on this site is confirmed, scheduled or guaranteed until CBJ's operations, opening date and official rates are publicly confirmed by the relevant authorities.

We do not accept bookings for flights that cannot be flown, and nothing on this site should be read as a promise of service before that confirmation.

3. Registrations are non-binding and unpriced

Submitting the form or a WhatsApp message on this site registers your interest on our advance interest list. It is not a booking, reservation or contract, is entirely free, and carries no price, deposit or cancellation obligation on either side.

We will contact you again once CBJ's opening and transfer rates are officially confirmed, at which point a specific price will be offered in writing and you may accept, decline or amend your request at no cost.

4. What we do not promise

We make no representation about CBJ's opening date, terminal layout, meeting points, taxi arrangements, flight schedules or transfer prices beyond what is officially confirmed at the time. Content marked "planned" or "expected" describes our current understanding only and may change.

5. When rates are confirmed

Once CBJ operations are official and we quote a written price for your trip, that price will be confirmed in writing before any payment is requested. No fare, cancellation fee or discount applies before that point, because no priced service exists yet.

6. Your information

Details you submit through the interest form or WhatsApp (name, contact details, travel plans) are used only to respond to your request and to contact you once CBJ details are confirmed. See our Privacy policy for how this is handled.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as CBJ's opening approaches and as official information becomes available. The version in effect at the time you register applies to your interest request.
