Describe every requested stop before relying on an airport-transfer arrangement. Give the locations, purpose, preferred order and expected time needed, then ask whether the complete itinerary can be accommodated. A private vehicle does not automatically include extra stops, waiting or an excursion. The website currently accepts advance enquiries; this guide does not confirm a service. [1]
A private transfer does not automatically include extra stops
Private describes who travels in the vehicle, not permission to add unlimited destinations. A direct airport-to-hotel request and a journey with additional stops are different itineraries that need to be assessed and agreed.
The existing advance enquiry is not a vehicle reservation. If you later receive a confirmed arrangement, ask for any extra stop to be accepted explicitly rather than treating the original confirmation as approval of a changed route.
Describe each stop and its purpose
Distinguish a brief shopping request, dropping part of the group at another hotel, and visiting an attraction. Give the exact property or location and say whether passengers will leave the vehicle, finish their journey there or continue together.
For two hotel drop-offs, identify which passengers and bags leave at each address and which hotel is the final destination. Suggest an order, but ask the provider to assess it; nearby names or a shared transfer zone do not establish a practical route.
Send the whole itinerary before requesting a quote
Include the actual arrival airport, airline and flight number if known, local arrival date and time, party size, all stops and final accommodation. Describe luggage, child seats and mobility or boarding requirements that affect the vehicle.
A useful request is: ‘Arrival: …; passengers and luggage: …; requested stop 1 and purpose: …; approximate time needed: …; final hotel and entrance: … . Please assess the complete route and confirm what can be arranged.’ If the form suggests one hotel, use the notes to explain the other addresses; do not mistake automatic zone selection for acceptance of the itinerary.
Confirm waiting, luggage and the revised total
Ask whether each stop is possible, how long is agreed, whether the same vehicle remains available and how waiting or an overrun would be handled. Clarify what happens to luggage when passengers leave the vehicle; do not assume storage, supervision or custody is included.
Request a written total for the complete accepted itinerary and ask which charges or extras it includes. A shop or attraction may be closed when you arrive, so check access and opening arrangements separately. Do not assume stops or waiting are free; the current pricing page does not establish an extra-stop tariff.
Know when a stop needs a separate outing
A sightseeing visit can require arrangements beyond a road transfer, including access, an onward leg or a different return plan. A requested visit to Bahía de las Águilas should be checked against the existing beach-access guide, rather than treated as an ordinary hotel drop-off.
Do not infer that a boat, guide, admission, suitable vehicle or return journey is included. If the full visit cannot be confirmed as part of the transfer, ask about arranging it separately or on another day. This article does not establish attraction access, an operating CBJ route or a driving time.
Keep one confirmed plan and check the return separately
Keep the final accepted stop sequence, addresses, agreed waiting, vehicle requirements and quote together in writing. If the flight changes, update the arrival details and ask whether the stops still fit; a delay does not automatically extend the arrangement.
Arrival stops do not automatically apply to the return journey. Confirm its actual pickup address, local pickup date, departure flight details and any requested stops separately. Use the existing enquiry process for planning, and rely only on the arrangements specifically confirmed to you.
Frequently asked questions
- Can I ask for a stop after the transfer is confirmed?
- You can request a change, but ask whether it can be accepted and whether the route, timing or quote changes. The original confirmation does not approve an additional stop.
- Can our group be dropped at two hotels?
- Send both exact addresses, passenger and luggage distribution, preferred order and final destination. Ask for assessment and written confirmation; this guide does not establish availability.
- Is waiting during a stop included?
- Do not assume so. Ask what waiting is agreed, whether the vehicle stays and what terms apply if the stop takes longer. No free allowance is established here.
- Can we visit the beach before reaching our hotel?
- Treat this as a proposed visit needing its own feasibility and access checks. A road transfer does not automatically include beach access, boats, admission or a return leg.
