Airport opening: what is confirmed
The new Cabo Rojo airport is being developed in Oviedo, Pedernales province. The Presidency’s report of 7 September 2026 gives February 2027 as the planned start of operations. This is a target, not a confirmed flight programme. Airport pickup arrangements and journey times must be checked once operations are confirmed.
Hotel location
Carretera Barahona–Paraíso km 2, Barahona, República Dominicana
Transfer zone: Barahona / Playa San Rafael
Other names: Hotel La Saladilla · La Saladilla Beach Club · La Saladilla Barahona · La Saladilla Beach Club Boutique
Access and arrival
Tell the provider whether the destination is your overnight accommodation or a separate beach-club visit. Ask the hotel for its current vehicle entrance and send that location with the enquiry; the beach name alone is not a pickup point. For departure, reconfirm the same hotel entrance or explain any change, and give the actual departure airport, flight date and flight number.
Transfer price
No CBJ fare is published for this route yet. This is an advance enquiry, not a confirmed booking. Request a written quotation specifying the vehicle, luggage, any special access arrangements and both journeys when applicable.
Return transfer and flight details
For a round trip, enter the return flight date and flight number as well as the arrival details. The return flight date can differ from the hotel checkout date for an overnight flight. The pickup time needs separate confirmation against the actual flight and hotel location.
Check your hotel pickup date when your flight leaves after midnight
